| | Snake in Office!! (Yea for real! AHH!!)
So there were 7 of us in the boardroom for our weekly production meeting that I lead... We were discussing this one item for quite a while, and I saw my graphic designer look down on the carpet, then her eyes glared and then she screamed!! Of course I start screaming coz we get lizards in the office quite often so I assumed it was a lizard and looked down.
It wasn't a lizard, it was a SNAKE!!!! So I just jumped and ran out and screamed at the top of my lungs!!!!
My boss who wasn't at the meeting ran out of his office and thought it was either spider or lizard and i just screamed SNAKE SNAKE SNAKE!! then i broke down in tears... I was just TERRIFIED!!
Of course one after another, all the girls ran out. One guy went out to get the dust pan to 'sweep out' saying it's JUST A GARDEN SNAKE... then some other dude went in, next thing I know, they realize it's a RATTLE SNAKE!!! It escalates.. now even the guys are freaked out!
The next 10 minutes were all a blur to me coz I was just panicking... and then of course, after they 'swept out' the snake... I had to finish the meeting..
After thoughts-
Why didn't they call animal control or something for something that's poisonous and can kill?!?!?!?
How can they just SWEEP it right outside our office?!?! What if it comes back?!?!?!?!??! It found a way in the first time, it would have no problem coming back!
I'm just so shock that it happened... and I worked the rest of my day with my feet off the ground... definitely no open toed shoes for a while.
YIKES!

I can totally see you freaking out.. it's okay jenn.. I'm sure nothing would happen to people. Is rattle snake that poisonous??
